Return and Exchange Policy
At Valdrin Sahiti, each creation is meticulously crafted through a process that reflects the highest standards of couture craftsmanship. Due to the exclusive, made to order nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final.
As an exception, return requests may be accepted strictly within 24 hours of delivery, provided the following conditions are fully met:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in impeccable original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accompanying elements must remain intact
• The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order
Requests submitted beyond this timeframe cannot be approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are required to notify us immediately upon delivery within 24 hours.
To process any claim related to damage, sizing concerns, or any other issue, you must provide:
• Clear images or video evidence that accurately demonstrate the issue, including images of the item being worn when applicable
• Documentation reflecting the condition of the item upon arrival
• For verification and fraud prevention purposes, the client’s face must be visible in the submitted evidence
All claims are subject to careful review. Where a claim is validated, Valdrin Sahiti will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the case.
Important Notice
To maintain the integrity of our couture standards, claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence or without visible identification may be considered invalid and may not be approved.
