Return and Exchange Policy
Apart from manufacturing defects, customized products are not subject to return or exchange. If the client reports a manufacturing defect within the specified period, the Company will offer repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the specific circumstances. For any valid claims, the Company will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
