3.1 Custom-Made Products
We specialize in designing and producing exclusive made-to-measure and custom couture pieces.
All custom orders are produced according to your specific measurements, requests, and design preferences.
Because they are one-of-a-kind creations, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
3.2 Ready-to-Wear Products
Ready-to-wear items are produced in predetermined sizes and may be subject to limited returns or exchanges depending on stock availability and the condition of the returned item. Any such policy will be clearly stated at checkout.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:

Once the order enters production, changes to the design, measurements, materials, or delivery details are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by the Company.

6.1 Shipping

6.2 Customs & Import Duties
Clients are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, import duties, and charges imposed by destination-country authorities.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local regulations, courier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
6.3 Risk & Responsibility
Once the item has been shipped, the risk transfers to the client. Any damage during transportation is the responsibility of the courier.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Ready-to-wear items may be returned depending on the specific return policy stated at the time of purchase.
8.3 Reporting a Defect
Any defect must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.
Proof (photos/videos) must be provided.
If approved, the Company may repair, replace, or refund the item at its discretion.
9. Care, Maintenance & After-Delivery Responsibility
After delivery, clients are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their garments.
